  • Took assessments to help you learn more about your own values, personality, career interests, and skills.
  • Researched jobs to find those that are the right fit for you.
  • Created a plan to get you started on your career journey.

  1. Check in with your Career Advisor, if you have one.
  2. Share your plan with someone you work with, a friend, or a family member so they can support you along the way.
  3. Stay on track! Put your short-term goals on your calendar.
  4. Schedule periodic check-ins with yourself or somebody else to see what’s working-- and what’s not.

Use the Catalyst Learning College Readiness program, found on the Courses tab, if your career plans include getting a certification or degree within the next six months. This program will help you prepare for entrance and placement tests and move you closer to your goal.
