The listed in-demand jobs are not the only jobs your organization needs. Meet with your career advisor, manager, or an HR rep to explore other jobs you are a good fit for.

What if I am most interested in a job that is NOT on my organization’s in-demand job list?
Talk to your career advisor, manager, HR, or other leaders. There may be opportunities available that better match your interests.

What if I need a lot of education to get the job I am most interested in?
Realize that it may take a bit of time to reach that job goal but there are steps you can take to get started now. Maybe your Top Job requires a bachelor's degree. Start working on a certification or an associate degree now to get an entry-level position in your area of interest. Then over time, work towards your bachelor's degree and your dream job!

Take Your Next Steps
You've done a lot of hard work completing the WorkKeys® and/or JOFI® assessments and Career Interest Survey, and analyzing your results. This work has helped you identify jobs and careers that are a potential fit that you might want to explore for your next career move.
Surveys and tests provide valuable insight and can be a great start for choosing jobs and careers. It's important that you do the additional research to fully understand the job and career potential, as well as the education and training required, to be sure it's an overall fit for you.
While many people can successfully perform any role with enough training and determination, we usually gravitate toward jobs that fit our interests and allow us to use our strengths. The most satisfying and enjoyable jobs are those you are interested in and have the skills required to perform well.
Here are a few ways to start your research.
